Personal Data is processed on the basis of consent expressed by the User and Portal User and in cases where the provisions of law authorise the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of the provisions of law or for the purpose of performance of an agreement concluded between the parties.

a) through the information voluntarily entered in the forms,
b) through the collection of ‘cookies’.
6. The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the User and the User of the Portal.
7. Personal data left in the service will not be sold or made available to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Customer - User;
Login - the e-mail address of the Customer, provided when creating an account and logging into the Site
Password - a sequence of characters which, in combination with the Login, makes it possible to authenticate the User within a given Account
My Account - means the Customer's account in the www.thinkpoland.org system, to which cost estimates, documents or other services related to the Customer's trip to Australia are assigned. The Customer may have only one Account per service. Several cost estimates, departure documents may be ascribed to a Customer User Account. The client accepts and agrees that he/she can be asked to complete and send the necessary documents electronically through his/her Account on the service www.thinkpoland.org/ or by phone by a Bridge Agency employee.
Newsletter - the User agrees to receive messages of Newsletter type, through which, notifications may be sent informing about the need to complete the documentation through the My Account panel, or automatic notifications.
Login - logging into www.thinkpoland.org using the Login and Password;
User - an individual/legal entity/unincorporated entity who has purchased an educational course to Australia or an ancillary service such as accommodation, insurance, passport visa or any other service under a concluded service agreement.
Portal User - a person who has an Account on www.thinkpoland.org ;
